Recipe Of The Day

Middle Eastern Style Beef

Ingredients:

1 lb Lean round steak,cut
1/2 c Frozen broccoli, cauliflower
1 sm Onion,chopped
1/4 c Raisins
2 tb Butter or margarine
1 tb Lemon juice
1 cn 10 1/2 oz. condensed beef
1/8 ts Cinnamon
Broth 1 1/2
c Dry rice
1/2 Soup can water
1/2 c Sliced almonds

Instructions:

Brown beef and onion in hot butter in a large skillet. Add broth water,vegetables,raisins,lemon juice and cinnamon. Bring to a boil Stir in rice and almonds. Cover;remove from heat. Let stand 5 minutes. Fluff with a fork
