Harissa Sauce - A Tunisian hot sauce made from chiles, garlic, cumin, coriander, and olive oil. Hollandaise Sauce - A sauce made with egg yolks, butter, and lemon juice Hominy - Dried white or yellow corn. Hummus - A thick paste made from chickpeas and spices.
