Hummus
1 clove garlic
2 Tbsp. cilantro
2 Tbsp. parsley
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 Tbsp. tahini
2 cups chickpeas
2 tsp. cumin
1/8 tsp. paprika
1 Tbsp. sesame seeds, toasted (optional)
Combine all ingredients except sesame seeds in a blender or food
processor. Process until smooth. Sprinkle with sesame seeds, if
desired. Serve with warmed pita bread and crudities. Stores in
refrigerator up to 5 days.
