Skhug - Zhug Recipe

1 cup hot chilies
1 bunch cilantro
5 cloves garlic
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
1 tsp ground cumin
1 pinch ground cardamom
1 tbsp olive oil

Puree ingredients in food processor or blender.
